  • Eligibility for Exchanges: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All goods sold are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect. This includes personalized or custom-made items.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at info@dreamercircle.com. The returned product will be inspected to confirm its condition before proceeding with an exchange. We will notify you once your exchange has been approved.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
